How it works:
We can handle as much of your event management as you are comfortable with. We
are experienced in course management, event registration, personnel training &
supervision, and packet pickup as well as race day event management. It's your race...
It's your call! Just let us know what you need.
Typically, once registration is over, we can take your Excel or .csv file to import into our
scoring program or we can do the entry of participant information into our database for
timing purposes.
Once a participant crosses the finish line their bib tear tag is removed/pulled at the end
of the finish line chute (for cycling events we record race plate numbers). These tags
are put, in order, on spindles or stringers and then entered into the results area
computers. This, combined with times gathered by computers at the finish line, is what
produces results.
We use a sophisticated, state-of-the-art software designed specifically for event timing
to tabulate results in whatever configurations/formats the race officials require.
We can accurately produce timely results for races of practically any size - from small
first-year or specialty events of less than 100 participants to races of well over 1,000
